Your own sign-up page
Your logo, colors and domain. Customers check their address, pick a plan, see the price and save a card.
Built around trash day
The first clean lands on the customer's trash day, and hauler holidays move automatically. Service area drawn on a map.
Billing and failed cards
Charge before or after each clean, on a set day, or by invoice. Failed cards get retried and the customer gets an update-card link.
Texts that send themselves
Reminders, on-the-way, done, receipts and card failures from a registered number. Replies go to your phone.
Driver app
Route order, gate codes, navigation, photos and breaks, plus a tip link to the customer after every clean.
Bundles, coupons and referrals
Prepaid bundles, coupons, gift cards and referral credit, all on every plan.
Moving your customers over
We move your customers out of the spreadsheet, wall calendar or old software and into Clean Bin System, with their plans and service days. Coming from Jobatory, your customers import directly, and saved cards carry over through the same Stripe account. Nothing goes out to a customer until you approve it, and test mode lets you try every text and charge first.
Connected to your website and ads
Every plan button on your site opens that plan on your sign-up page, so nobody picks twice. Payments land in your own Stripe account, and we track sign-ups back to the ads that brought them.

- Growth, $179 a month: up to 4 technicians, 4,000 texts, then 3¢.

Can you move my customers from Jobatory, Jobber or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Jobatory customers import directly and saved cards carry over through the same Stripe account. From anything else, we move your customer list, plans and service days and check them before you go live.
Do I have to use Clean Bin System to work with you?
No. If you already use Jobatory, Jobber or something else, that’s our Growth package. We connect your website and ads to what you have.
Where does the money go?
Into your own Stripe account. Your customers, their cards and your payouts stay yours.
